What Does The Evesham Volunteer Centre Do? 

The Volunteer Centre is not just about volunteering, but serves the community in a variety of ways: 

• The Centre identifies volunteering opportunities with not-for-profit organisations for those interested in being a volunteer.


• The Centre runs the local
Community Transport Scheme.


• The Centre runs a local
POPI Project.


• The Centre supports local clubs.


• The Centre, in partnership with two other centres, provides support to a large number of
community and voluntary groups, with many located in the surrounding villages.


• The Centre can provide information on services throughout the local area.


• The Centre can signpost people to the relevant service providers they require.


• The Centre has an understanding of the community it works in and is able put forward needs at local town, district and county meetings.
