Wychavon Community Action Partnership is here to help community groups and voluntary organisations find out the information they need to assist with the running of their activities on topics from governance to funding etc. 
However, there are many organisations out there which can provide information here are some examples:

provides much information for trustees etc on the governance of a voluntary group/ charitable organisation.  Governance means:  "the systems and processes concerned with ensuring the overall direction, effectiveness, supervions and accountability of an organisation."
