The Evesham Volunteer Centre is a Partner in the Wychavon Community Action Partnership, which is a partnership between itself, Pershore Volunteer Centre and Droitwich Spa CVS.  The Partnership employs a development worker, Clair Chittenden to provide support to local community and voluntary groups within the Wychavon District.

The development worker is able to make visits to discuss difficulties or concerns; can provide information sheets, and can do research for funding opportunities etc. 
The Evesham Volunteer Centre, with the development worker, organise meetings in the villages of Evesham for groups to have the opportunity to come together to discuss issues, ideas, needs etc.
Within the Evesham Vale area we have contact with 325 groups, most of which are based in the villages.  These groups all receive a bi-monthly news sheet from the Evesham Volunteer Centre/Partnership which gives information on
The Partnership also organises workshops on topics which have a relevance to most groups or on issues which have been brought up at village group meetings.
